Addressing to Buddists...

This is one of the major religions of the world comprising of about 6% of the total world’s population. The Chinese traditional religion is a mixture of religious practices, which extend backwards for thousands of years. Buddhism, Chinese folk religion, Taoism, Confucianism and ancestor worship are found as elements of the traditional religion.

There is no one book of doctrine or written documents of the belief system, as among many other religions. There are over 394 million followers of the Chinese traditional religion; about 800 million of those practice the Chinese folk religion, which includes worship or veneration of ancestors,
Confucianism, Taoism and Buddhism.

Worship of animals, the sun, moon, earth, the heavens and stars has been a tradition of this religion. Various devotions in celebration of legends, festivals, folk gods and goddesses have been part of the Chinese culture for centuries. Mythical figures, "saints," immortals, and demigods are part of the Chinese tradition.

· Taoism: Tao literally means "path" or "way" and can figuratively mean "essential nature", "destiny", "principle", or "true path". The number of Taoists is difficult to estimate, due to a variety of factors including defining Taoism. The number of people practicing Chinese folk religion is estimated to be just under four hundred million. Most Chinese people and many others have been influenced in some way by Taoist tradition. Estimates for the number of Taoists worldwide range from twenty to over fifty million.

· Confucianism: is a Chinese ethical and philosophical system developed from the teachings of the Chinese philosopher Confucius (Kǒng Fūzǐ, or K'ung-fu-tzu, lit. "Master Kung", 551–479 BC). It focuses on human morality and right action. Confucius was a sage and social philosopher of China whose teachings have for many centuries influenced East Asia, including China, Korea, Japan, Taiwan, and Vietnam. The relationship between Confucianism and Confucius himself, however, is tenuous. His ideas were not accepted during his lifetime, and he frequently bemoaned the fact that he remained unemployed by any of the feudal lords. As with many other prominent figures, such as Jesus, Socrates, and Buddha, Confucius did not leave any writings of his own. Instead, we have only texts with recollections, passed down from his disciples and their students.

Just with an open minded reader I ask you to think about this. I did not write more on this nor did I intend to do so for trivial conceptual thinking’s. Reasons are;

1) Chinese Traditional Religion (in total) is based on worshipping idolatries which besides have no scripture they follow. Moreover as we know that the religion Confucianism really confuses us to be considered as a religion of a human being who really has a gifted brain. I said here a gifted brain because it is quite illogical to follow some idolatry that cannot do harm nor a benefit for anyone since they themselves became existed by their worshipper’s hands. In short they curved their own Gods.

2) We can think more about this religion if they have a sacred scripture. But it clearly says that even the religion Confucianism was a made and developed and became a religion by a professor. They only have some works of this professor maximally. That means, the religion cannot be a logically good religion too.

The religion which God has sent must reach the complexity of a human mind too. YES. Every religions advice for good things and good behaviors. However if we give a think on every religion, there are certain defects in almost all the religions. Because we most of us, including me, believe that those religions and its scriptures are changed by its followers. If it is not changed, then the religion must be a perfect one for just one reason that GOD ALMIGHTY IS PERFECT. And what he sends down or up or whatever direction it might be, it has to be perfect too if he is really prefect. Here the religion is very difficult to accept by a logical, educated or even a scientific mind.

“Because you are able to break your Gods which you have curved by your own hands. Can’t you?”

Now this God which Buddhists worship is not worthy enough for me to worship. I have to find a stronger God. Because even I am much stronger than those statues.

So let us proceed ahead.
